SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Physical books and merchandise may have separate shipping times if fulfilled by third-party services. Estimated delivery times are provided, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. International shipping times may vary depending on location and customs clearance. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact support. Print books and merchandise may only be returned if damaged or defective, and refunds are handled case-by-case based on the vendor’s policy.
